GE FINANCIAL MARKETS

86-88 Leeson St is an existing 4-storey over basement Georgian façade to a 1970’s office building. The project was a comprehensive Fitout of 4 floors of an office building for GE Financial Markets Ireland. Smith & Kennedy Architects worked in collaboration with the GE Workplace & Operations team in implementation, and the project provides 3rd generation office space for GE’s Capital and Treasury operations in Ireland, accommodating approximately 150 workstations, conference and telepresence facilities, and a range of catering and recreational facilities. This project was fast tracked and spanned 6 months in total from inception to delivery.
