Kompas is a joint venture company recently established between Smith & Kennedy architects and O'Mahoney Pike architects to provide of professional services in the international market. Kompas has wide ranging experience in the provision of all disciplines in designing, executing and delivering the built project from inception; financing; cost planning; project management; detail design; on site construction; through to completion and post contract assessment. In addition to the particular fields of experience, Kompas offers the potential of a 'one stop shop' service to the client under one appointment, bringing with it associates from other construction based professionals and construction companies to enable a complete service for the delivery of complex projects with resources, experience and expertise in all aspects of relevant project completion. One of the Kompas partners is a founding member of FORM, an International body of architectural firms from Ireland, the UK, Spain, Germany, Poland, Singapore and Morocco with experience and a track record of working and implementing projects internationally.
