Project Description: Newpark is an existing education campus incorporating an 800 pupil Post Primary School; an Adult Education night school; Sports Centre including a swimming pool; a Music school; Hockey Club; and 2.No Protected Structures on a very restricted suburban site.

 

The project involved redeveloping the campus while fully operational; providing a temporary school; demolishing the existing school building; replacing with a new 3-storey school, fully compliant with current Department of Education Technical Guidance Documents; the refurbishment of the Sports Centre; and the extension and refurbishment of a Protected Structure.
