Full Architectural Services,
As described in the RIAI Agreement for the Provision of Architectural Services. These involve taking a project from Inception, through Sketch Schemes, Planning Permission, Building Regulations and Fire Safety Certificates, Tender Documentation, Contract Administration and Monitoring on Site.

Interior Design
SKA have experienced designers in house and also bring in other outside interior design consultants when the need arises.

Feasibility Studies
SKA work closely with clients and other consultants to explore development options and possibilities and bring a dynamic input which also has regard for the commercial realities.

Project Management
On most projects SKA are the Design Team leaders and in addition they provide Project Management Services.

Specialist Technical Reporting
SKA have been commissioned to carry out a number of specialist technical work such as reporting on building failures for the Department of Education and Science and carrying out Radon Mitigation work throughout the country.
