The development is centrally located forming a new street edge on the Main Street, affording an opportunity to make a very positive and cohesive architectural contribution to the village and street scape. Two blocks containing apartments and commercial units surround the “Village Green” creating a new intimate gathering and meeting place in the Village.

The proposed 59 residential units align naturally with the site topography and retain some familiar architectural forms in a traditional idiom but with an overarching contemporary style.
