Project Size:  227 ha.

Sports related Master Planning for a 227 hectare site 80km outside Prague comprising the redevelopment of Lužec, the existing small town, an 18 hole golf course, miscellaneous sports facilities including indoor and outdoor arenas, organic farming, a large feature lake with associated facilities and residential development catering for future expansion and tourist needs.

Liaising with Vroutek local authorities in collaboration with P6PA+Architects was essential in securing Land Rezoning necessary for this development.
