Project Size:  175 ha.

Paraty is a UNESCO heritage town on the coast south of Rio de Janeiro. Our client wanted to see the town expand to the east without disturbing the unique historical and cultural quality of the existing.

The site is about 175 ha and we developed Masterplan and Vision Document for the purposes of identification of development partners.
