Roundwood Housing Development

Smith + Kennedy Architects are pleased to announce that Planning Application for an exciting mixed used development for Roundwood Village has been lodged with Wicklow County Council. The development comprises 49 houses, 10 apartments and ground floor commercial units around a new Village Green proposed for the centre of the Village. The council are due to make a decision on 22nd December.
