Project Description: 3 storey extension to the existing Annabeg House (nursing home), accommodating 20 no. additional residents, and refurbishment of the existing house dating from c 1900, including new commercial kitchen, dining and recreational spaces. The concept for the project centres around the creation of an enclosed south facing courtyard. The new and existing spaces are arranged around the courtyard in, what could be described as, a hug. In total there are now 40 residents who call Annabeg ‘home’.
