Project Size:  227 ha. 

Sports related Master Planning Consultancy for a 227 hectare site 80km from Prague , Czech Republic. The scheme comprises the redevelopment of the existing small town of Lužec, to provide a state of the Art Sports Complex comprising an 18 hole  golf course, multiple sports facilities including indoor and outdoor arenas, an organic farm, a large feature lake with associated recreational activities with significant residential development to cater for future expansion and tourism needs. 

Liaison with Vroutek local authorities in collaboration with P6PA+Architects was essential in securing the Land Rezoning required for this development.
