Paraty is a UNESCO heritage town south of Rio de Janeiro on Brazil's Costa Verde. Our clients vision is to see the town expand to the east without disturbing the unique historical and cultural quality of the existing.

SKA developed a Masterplan and Vision Document for this  approx. 175 Ha site  to assist our client in the marketing of the project to potential development partners internationally.
