Project Description: The development at Praia Doce was setting a new standards in the Guarapari region of Espirito Santo. The site itself was unique, an environmental hot-spot surrounded by water and ancient trees. The lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean define this tree covered land and within natural clearings close to the lagoon a new departure in residential buildings was about to being created.
