On behalf of our clients, Esprit Investments Ltd., Smith+Kennedy Architects recently obtained planning permission for Industrial Development on a 9.8 Ha site in the townlands of Moortown and Crodaun, Celbridge, Co. Dublin. It is proposed to construct a high-quality set of light-industrial and logistics buildings to meet the growing need for such accommodation outside the M50 ring. The IDA have confirmed that the market is strong both from local businesses and FDI companies and the employment potential is significant.
