Our client, Esprit Investments, purchased the neo-gothic building in 2014. The building was purpose-built to house the Molyneux Asylum for blind females in 1862.
Molyneux Home has now been converted into 10 high-quality apartments. Our Conservation Architects set out a number of considerations that informed the more detailed design and formed a parallel brief along with a budget that ensured the project would be viable commercially. So we set about designing the scheme, optimising the great assets of the existing structure with a clear goal in mind: to create fantastic places to live in close to the heart of Dublin City.
