Smith+Kennedy Architects’ latest contribution to the delivery of housing in Ireland

After two years of hard work, we are proud to share that planning permission was granted for a whole town quarter in Killinarden, Co. Dublin, comprising 635 residential units, a civic square, a commercial/retail centre with a creche, and parks with pre-planted greenery to ensure maturity when the development is finished. This was possible thanks to an excellent design team: collaborating architects: Fraser Brown MacKenna Architects, Planning consultants: McGill Planning; Civil & Structural: DBFL; MEP: EDC Engineers; Landscape: Mitchells& Associates; CMK HORTICULTURE & ARBORICULTURE; RSK Ecology, Integrated Environmental Solutions; & Wiktor Kunicki for visuals.
