Smith+Kennedy Architects are happy to announce that we have recently obtained planning permission for a 9 storey mixed use development in Dublin city centre, on the corner of Townsend Street and Shaw Street.
This will include offices, retail and build to rent residential development with associated facilities, terraces and balconies. The overall development comprises 19,908 sqm GFA including basement.
The proposed development bridges over the rail line at fourth floor and above.
Designed are public realm improvements and provision of new pedestrian street parallel to the rail line, linked to new cafes under the vaults of the rail bridge and proposed associated retail.
