Smith+Kennedy Architects are happy to announce that we have recently obtained planning permission for a 9 storey mixed use development in Dublin city centre, on the corner of Townsend Street and Shaw Street.

This will include offices and retail. The overall development comprises 15,400 sqm GFA including basement.

The proposed development by Esprit Investments bridges over the rail line at fourth floor and above.

Designed are public realm improvements and provision of new pedestrian street parallel to the rail line, linked to new cafes under the vaults of the rail bridge and proposed associated retail.
